AML/CTF obligations
As a reporting entity registered with AUSTRAC, we are required under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 to collect, verify and retain certain identity information before providing designated services.
This means we may ask you to provide government-issued identity documents (such as a driver's licence or passport) for verification purposes. We are also required to monitor transactions and, in certain circumstances, report to AUSTRAC. These obligations exist independently of our commercial relationship and cannot be waived.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Your information may be stored electronically in secure systems.
Where personal information is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected and we are not required by law to retain it, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
Please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and website analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience and understand how visitors use the site. This may include information about your browser, device, pages visited, and general geographic location.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect the functionality of some parts of the website. We do not use cookies to collect personally identifiable information without your knowledge.

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to request that we correct any information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
To make a request, please contact us at info@fairwayinvesting.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. In some cases, we may be unable to provide access — for example, where doing so would impact another person's privacy or where we are legally prevented from doing so. We will explain any such refusal in writing.
